We're thrilled to introduce the Siemens We Can Change the World Challenge — the nation's premier sustainability competition that gives your students the inspiration and resources to get involved and make a difference. Using the fundamentals of the scientific method, students are given the tools to address an ecological problem in their community, research it and determine how their green solution can be replicated in other communities.

Every teacher and student is a winner as we join forces to salute their achievement. Students will compete for over $100,000 in grants and prizes, including the chance to appear on TV, journey on a Discovery trip, and tell their story at the United Nations! Coming in January! The Siemens STEM Academy: the nation's first online community designed exclusively to foster achievement in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics through the collaboration of STEM educators and the sharing of "best practices."
